Stunning Vargas Seduction To Be Released

I have many favorites in my inventory from By Alexander Fine Jewelry but I didn’t think Alex would able to top the Amber’s Collection as my all-time favorite.  I love that set so much because it has a subtle, ethereal glow that warms the heart to look upon it.  It was one of those inspired sets that I could tell he put his heart into.  Well, I’ve been proven wrong.  I believe I have a new favorite and it is the soon to be released Seduction.

This set of jewels is the epitome of exquisite.  When I put them on, I just couldn’t stop starring.  Stunning, regal, classic, elegant, vibrant, shimmering, shining, heavenly.  For the lady of class who knows how to walk with such a splendid set of jewels on her neck, dangling from her ears, caressing her wrists and drawing attention to her hand.  This beautiful collection was created prim by prim by Alexander’s talented hands and has no sculpted pieces.

The Seduction set is golden gold, gold, gold.  Small golden coins connected with golden rings in an intricate cascade of glory.  You know how awkward it can be to find a necklace that will suit a dress that has a high neck and many times we wind up not wearing a necklace with them at all.  Well you need look no further than Seduction.  This collection goes superbly well with a high neck, low wide v-neck, or strapless gown.  It comes with an eye-catching necklace, stunning earrings, two lovely bracelets and a coin ring for the finger.  Here’s a look at the ring.

I love the raised detail on the face of the coin ring.  Expect Seduction to be released today or at the latest tomorrow.  Alex isn’t known for resting on his laurels, so my guess is that it will be at the By Alexander Fine Jewelry on Welsh Bay later on today!  Ladies, this is one set you really should have in your inventory of fantastic jewels.  Add to your collection with AV Seduction.

Vargas Newness and Glorious Miamai

I’m excited about the pieces I have to show you!  I happened to be searching for a gown to wear with a very low back for a new necklace made by Alexandar Vargas that is part of the Maritza set.  It was such fabulous luck that sensational talent Monica Outlander of Miamai dropped a gown on me that was absolutely perfect for the already stunning Maritza set.   It’s called Sospiro Green and honestly I can’t wait for more designs like this!

I felt like the beautiful goddess I am floating around in this gown with flowery jewels flowing down my back all day.  I’m going to turn this around so that you can see how stunning the jewels look against the back in a gown that drops down below the lower back.

Isn’t that delicious??  Here is a close up look at Maritza from the front.  The set comes with a necklace, pair of earrings, a lovely ring and a gorgeous bracelet (not shown here).  The theme for it is flowers…that have the likeness of daisies.  Below there’s a very pretty tattoo on my hand that I just love, it’s from where?  You guessed it!  NXS makes this sexy two-hand tattoo for ladies and it’s called NXS Wapi.  You won’t be able to wear gloved nail polish but the tattoos catch the eye enough for it not to matter.

From Two Emerges One that is D I V I N E

If you haven’t heard about it yet, you’re behind!  Anna Rokocoko of KoKo Style and Christy Hamer of Life Style have combined their talents to bring you one fabulous new brand called D I V I N E.  The doors to Second Life’s newest shopping experience for women and men are now open and I’d like to share with you a little preview of what you’ll see when you go to visit as well as tell you a little about the designers themselves.

If your eye catches that unique Italian flair to D I V I N E clothing it is because both of the designers are Italian and both happen to be from Tuscany!  Very good friends Anna Rokocoko and Christy Hamer decided to get into Second Life designing individually to test the variability of SL instruments in producing creative, fantastical outfits.  Though they are designers only in Second Life, Anna does have real world experience of many years working in the fashion industry that she lends to their creative venture here.  Judging from the start of this exciting opening, I’d say this dynamic duo is off to amazing new heights in SL Fashion.

Feminine Back Tattoos From NXS

Ali here to show you a few sexy tattoos for ladies from NXS that are worn on the back.  I also want to show you my all-time favorite NXS tattoo for ladies at the end of this post.  I have taken a picture in it before back when it was first released but I still love it.  Since these are all back tattoos, I thought it would be nice to wrap things up with a chest tattoo.  I have to find a way to show off my breasts or it just wouldn’t be a good tattoo post, right?  I’m kidding….I think?

I’ll be showing you more NXS tattoos for men in a separate post after I locate someone sure to make the ladies smile and the men want to teleport to the NXS Beach for their own hot inks!  My husband Ta and I are no longer together and that, quite frankly, is a very painful blow that I wasn’t expecting!

I’m not quite sure why I associate tattoos with water, it may be the need to wear very little in order to show them off well.  Bikinis and partial bikinis sure work well for that, thus the association with water in my crazy, little mind.  I should have warned you, I can ramble on when I’m fighting tears.

Now on to the tattoos that the delightfully talented Natyssia Lemmon has recently created just for the sleek, elegant backs of the Second Life female.

This first one, closeup, is called NXS Tokawa.  I’m not always drawn to back tattoos as I’m partial to the ones on the front, but I find this one especially nice.  And I’d wager a guess that this one shall earn my favorite stamp for back tattoos.

It features what looks to me like tribal art at the very top and symmetrically along the bottom with snakes in between.  There’s a hynotic spiral up top that makes me wonder if the symbol has a special meaning.  And snakes have a seductive, forbidden appeal to them don’t you think?  Perfect for a sexy, tattoo.  The more I look at this one, the more I like it.  Remember, it’s called Tokawa when you go to pay a vist to NXS.

I’m wearing hair from Dernier Cri, Madison I believe that one is called, and the bikini bottom from a set I got from Dany Carter ages ago.  It’s called Bikini 07 Coral/Orange.   This  next tattoo is called NXS Oriata.  Take a look at the close up.

Now, I probably should have asked Natyssia what in the world these symbols mean.  They’re intriguing, makes you stare at the tattoo for a while trying to figure it out and I must say that is the point for having a tattoo on your body isn’t it?  To draw the eyes and keep them.  I see a reference to the sun up top and it puts me in mind of the cycle of life seeing the flowing flowers or plants and the yin and yang of the male and female tiger.  Awesome tattoo!

Here’s a close up of the seductive NXS Awena.

She is scantily, teasingly clad, with terribly long fingernails and what appears to be blood dripping from her lip to her exposed cleavage.  Is she hot or what?  That heated gaze in her eyes will be looking out at the man (or woman!) who can’t help but keep his or her eyes on your back if you purchase Awena!

And my favorite NXS tattoo for ladies is NXS CoCo!  There’s just something about this tattoo that I really love. Take a look see.

It’s a CoCo bird, which I think may be native to Cuba but don’t quote me on that!  It’s flying upward with swings spread out across the breasts making it very easy not to wear pasties.  *grins as if she would have worn pasties anyway*  Birds taking flight is symbolic to me of freedom and moving forward or upward as the case may be.  And for the newly and reluctantly single Ali, it’s especially significant!

AliTa Wearing New NXS Tattoos

I recently had my first experience of annoying my husband Ta.  What an awful experience that was!  It happened after I’d already asked him to be featured with me in this blog post showing you some of NXS Tattoos new releases.  So, it was necessary for us to get over that little tiff quickly in order to bring you these pictures.  That makes them even more special!  Thank you Natyssia (owner of NXS) for being a catalyst to getting our act together.  *grins*

The first tattoo I’m wearing below is called NXS Zest and I think it’s named well.  Look at the sexy, zesty (flavorful, interesting) lady on my back.  I do believe her curvy cheeks look better than my own!

If we switch this picture around, you can see the tattoo that Ta is wearing on his back called NXS Hirador 2.  Honestly, if I had a pet dragon I think I’d name him Hirador.  Isn’t that a catchy name?  Hirador 2 is large and imposing, very masculine.  A man can’t go wrong with a fire-breathing dragon on his back.  Yum!

Continuing our intimate tour of NXS new releases, we have below a sprawling female tattoo called NXS Gabriel 1 that covers the front well enough that no pasties would be needed for the shy lady who doesn’t like to show off her nipples.  I don’t happen to be one of those, apparently. 

Are you familiar with the Archangel Gabriel?  How intense to have the likeness of one of the two highest ranking angels on my chest.  He is the Archangel of annunciation, humanity, resurrection, heavenly mercy, vengeance, death, revelation, truth, and hope. The bringer of news and heralds, the revealing of answers. Maker of changes.  Well I don’t know about you, but that gives me goose bumps!

If we turn this picture around then you can see what’s on Ta’s chest, NXS Skull.  Two fierce-looking skulls overlapping with the longest teeth I’ve ever seen.

And below we have an up close view of the delicate, flowery full body female tattoo, NXS Kenza and a very sexy leg tattoo for males called NXS Moehau.

Below you can see how Kenza looks from the back and also how these tattoos look spanned further out.  In these photos, Ta and I were at home on Cobra D.  The skin I’m wearing is not yet for sale as we’re still working on it.  It will be the first in a new line Ta is developing for AliTa Shapes & Skins.  Hair I’m wearing is my new favorite Cloud II from Dernier Cri, except for the pictures where you’re looking at my back.  That hair is Ivy from Cake!  Ta’s speedo is from Water Babies and I’m wearing part of a bikini from Mimikri (the red one) and the sexy black one I’m afraid I can’t remember where I got it!

Mosiac by Alexander Fine Jewelry

I have several recent releases from the talented Alexandar Vargas that I’d love to show you!  However, it takes me a little while to get pictures done, slow poke that I am (don’t agree too quickly Alex!).  So I thought I’d do them one or two at a time, starting with the beautiful Mosiac collection.

How handy it is to be able to see on a blog all sorts of new, cleverly designed items before you even step foot in the stores.  I can’t count how many times I’ve seen something on a blog post that I simply must run out and get.  That is the purpose of my showing you this stunning, new set of jewels called Mosiac, which is a play on the spelling of the word mosaic.  A mosaic is the creating of images with an assemblage of small pieces of colored glass, stone, or other material.

In this collection, Alex has chosen not to use vibrant colors but a grayscale mosaic arrangement within wide, black circles sprinkled with pearls for a gorgeous set that will go fabulously well with a variety of gowns from black to white, and near every color in between depending on fabric patterns.

The earrings are large and visually pleasing circles that dangle from the ears, with a half moon shape of individual mosaic-style rectangles partially encircling a larger focal point mosaic-style rectangle.  These earrings are perfect for when you wish them to show up well on pictures, as you can see above.  Below is a close up of the engaging necklace for wearing with gowns that need something striking above the bosom to make them and you shine.

Mosiac comes with a necklace, earrings, bracelet and a ring.  Below, is a look at the geometric design of the bracelet and ring.  I find Mosiac’s intermixing of smooth circles and hard rectangles, along with a touch of the classy pearl fun to wear!

NXS Tattoos are Sexy…Make That Sxy!

Is there such a thing as a designer tattoo in Second Life?  I wonder who might be qualified to know.  I’ve heard the term hard core tattoo before and that I think somehow implies that it’s more preferred to be hard core…like you mean it.  I don’t consider NXS Tattoo to be “hard core” and that perhaps is exactly why I love it and why I was pleased when the owner, Natyssia Lemmon, had her new manager contact me about blogging some recent releases.

DISCLAIMER: If you have sensitive eyes and are bothered by nudity or you’re under the age of 18, please stop reading here and skip this post.  Use that handy scroll bar and go right past.  I have opted not to put on pasties that, in my opinion, would sully the beauty of the artwork.

Let’s see, where was I?  I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Natyssia when I was producing a two-day event called The Subway for Opium Fashion Agency.  It was days and nights full of nothing but tattoos and jeans.  Funny story is that when I first dropped in on NXS to see if it would be a store that I wanted to feature in the show, I really liked the tattoos I saw and sent a notecard to the owner.  Well she speaks French and didn’t understand at all what I was saying.  She immediately ejected and banned me from her sim.  I blinked and said to myself, “I guess that’d be a no to my offer!”  *chuckles*

Not very long after I’d been banned, I got a message from her English-speaking Manager at the time explaining what had happened and saying that no actually she would be interested.  She unbanned me, agreed to sponsor, was very cooperative and I’ve found her to be such a sweet lady, passionate about her business.  If you need assistance at NXS and don’t speak French, then please contact the Co-Owner Carlito Snook or the very nice Manager Marine Dumpling.  If you do speak French, however, Natyssia would be so pleased to assist you.

What will you find when you get to NXS?  Well, it’s very modern..sleek, white, cheerful!  I love going there, it’s an immediate smile on my face especially if Natyssia or her Manager happen to be about because you get that friendly greeting that makes you feel happy to spend lindens and hang around for awhile.  In the shopping mall there, making it well worth your time to go if you’re looking for a tattoo, are some other tattoo stores:  Tiki Tattoo, Jade Yu, Jade, Kizu, Avatar Tattoo, Asian Tattoo, PrOMpt, Iresumi-ya and Tenshi.  As well Alyssa Bijoux Jewelry and S@ss Shoes can also be found there.

So what’s new at NXS Tattoo you say?  Get to it Ali!  In this first picture I’m wearing a tattoo for ladies called NXS Oxygen.  It’s on the back only so if you don’t want ink on your breasts or stomach then this tattoo is perfect and it’s so pretty.

Lots of artistic swirls mixed with butterflies.  That’s Oxygen, very feminine.  In the above picture I’m at home on Cobra D, wearing Aura SuperMini JeansShort and the Magika Paris ponytail in Black.  The skin is League, Misty.

Next, I’d like to show you NXS Tanita.  It’s a full body tattoo for ladies that covers the entire front of the body, the arms, the back and down the legs as well.  I wasn’t a tattoo lover before The Subway, but I must say I am one now.  Tanita offers a lot for the eyes to look at.

I decided to stay home to snap pictures of Tanita, so the location is again Cobra D.  In addition to the tattoo am I wearing anything else?  Oh yes, my promise ring, my wedding ring and the new Papercut hair in Black from Cake.  The skin is also found at FNKY! & Cake, the Angel Tan.

Tanita is very strong ink, intricate drawing decorating the body mixed with tiny flowers.  Here’s a look at the back and the way the flowers go down the legs after that.

Don’t you love the lone flower on the cheek?  I think it’s cute!  That’s a part of the tattoo that typically only your significant other would be seeing though I think there just might be some pants or jeans that almost start that low on the hips as to see the top of the flower.

I needed a hunky male to show off some recent release male NXS tattoos for me and fellow Runway Kid, Jackson Vantelli, agreed to help me out.  I have to give him a shout out and proclaim that he is a darn good runway model, I know this from experience working with him.  Hardworking Co-CEO of Q Group, umbrella company for quite a few endeavors that he and his powerhouse wife, Belle Lefavre, are involved in.  One of those endeavors is the Sxy2nd Magazine and Sim.

I hopped over to the Sxy2nd sim and took off my bikini top while no one was looking.  *snickers*  The NXS Papillon is so cute.  It’s a butterfly flying and it trails from around one nipple down to the belly button and then the same design is on the back.

I’m wearing one of my signature hair styles, Bishwear’s Bianca, Zaara Charcoal Jeans Jewelled, DeLa earrings and the skin is Lion SU #28.

I caught up with Jackson leaning against the car that’s parked in front of Body Wear on the sim.  Here he’s showing us NXS Yoon.

Isn’t that hot?  Like I say, I don’t know if you can call NXS “hard core” but I love the look of the tattoos for both the women and men.  They aren’t overdone.  Here Jackson is wearing Surface USA Boardies from the Surface Surf Clothing Shop.

Next, we went over to the Sxy2nd Beach so Jackson could splash some water in those sexy USA Boardies.  He’s wearing NXS Dreamcatcher in the picture below.

I have a dreamcatcher in my bedroom.  I have no idea if it works and does what it’s supposed to do but I sure like looking at it and I like looking at the tattoo on Jackson’s chest too.  It’s chest only, there is no ink on the back for Yoon, Dreamcatcher or the next one called Mahoe.

Jackson took the above picture himself and he’s wearing Muism VSL Jeans Dark, leaning against a pole outside of shops in another location on the Sxy2nd sim.  While we’re talking about it.  Just what can you do on the Sxy2nd sim?  Not only is it headquarters to the super hot Sxy2nd Magazine but you can find such stores as SySy’s, Nicky Ree, Angel Dessous, Azul, Kitties Lair, Noon, DCNY, Insolence, VFashion, Enkythings, Indyra Originals and others.

There’s a dock where you can play the 7 Seas Fishing Game, Vantelli Park has rides and fun stuff and on Fridays Jackson and Belle sit out blankets and pillows for movie night on a giant screen right in front of the Sxy2nd Headquarters.  Free popcorn for all.  That’s at 6:00pm SLT each Friday, so be sure to stop by!

The Grand Opening of the gorgeous Renaissance Galleria sim was Friday, June 26th, 2009.  This sim is a shopping mecca for brides and grooms.  If you can’t find what you’re looking for there then you likely need it custom made.

By Alexander Fine Jewelry and Eros have teamed up in a beautiful building that you’ll enjoy shopping in even if you aren’t looking to walk down the aisle.  In conjunction with the opening of this new store, Alexandar Vargas has created a brand new set of stunning wedding jewels.  To compliment Siempre in Gold, I’ve chosen a lovely gown called Rayna in Ivory from Eros, which is just a hop and a skip away inside the same building at Renaissance.

I’m wearing the gold version of Siempre, which also comes in platinum, and the set has a fabulous bridal necklace that has been uniquely crafted with large, sparkling diamonds, very pretty long, dangling earrings, stunning bracelet cuffs, an elegant tiara, and both the women and men’s wedding bands.  Here is a better look at the bracelet cuff and ladies’ wedding band.

Ahhh diamonds.  Don’t they make you smile?  They sure make me smile!  The Eros gown I’m wearing I must say I’m very impressed with.  The quality of the fabric and richness of texture helps me to show off Siempre to its fullest potential.

Rayna in Ivory has a tight-fitting, strapless bodice with elaborate gold threading covering the breasts stopping before reaching the waist and winding around to the low cut back.  The skirt moves easily, subtly flaring out from the waist, moving down in a gentle sway.  The hem is lined with the same pretty gold threading as the bodice and it sweeps the floor as is typical of formal gowns of this sort.  The creamy color of Rayna is classic.

Vargas Releases Rorschach Colors & ~Mystic Sky~ Opens

Look closely at this necklace.  What do you see?  I present to you Alexandar Vargas recent release Rorschach in Amethyst and Londonblue.  For those who don’t know, Rorschach is a psychological inkblot test in which the patient looks at a picture and tells the psychiatrist what he or she sees.  Each person looking at the same inkblot might see something completely different from the next and what you might see can be analyzed by a professional to determine the state of your emotional or mental health.  Leave it to the clever Alex to create jewelry in the form of colorful inkblots.  I shall tell you what I see because I’m unafraid to be psychologically analyzed by the fashion community at large.  *chuckles*

I wonder if you’ll be able to see this too, but I see the most adorable long-eared puppy dog with his tongue hanging out.  And if I look again then I see a mighty spider queen about to give birth to a zillion baby spiders!  I think I like the first one better doctor.  o.O

Rorschach is really a fascinating collection as is typical of Alex’s work.  Did I say that like I’m a fan of the mysterious AV?  Haha…well…that’s because I am!  This set comes with the necklace, two dangling earrings, two cuffs for the wrists and a very noticeable ring for very pretty hands.  It comes in Amethyst and Londonblue as you see here but also in the store you’ll find Black Opal, Amber, Pink Opal, Raw Citrine and Ruby.

While I was trying to decide which dress to wear with Londonblue, I decided to pay a visit to a brand new store called ~Mystic Sky~ and the owner happened to be there.  It was such a pleasure to meet Skyler John that I decided I would feature two of her new gowns in this post.  I found her friendly and very helpful, just the type of place you don’t mind spending your hard-earned lindens.

~Mystic Sky~ is where you can go if you’re looking for very pretty medieval-style gowns or the type of dresses you would roleplay in.  The amount of sims on the grid where Skyler’s dresses would be appropriate is endless.  As you can see above, the Serendipity gown in Blue is just gorgeous.  If it looks to be whisper soft in the picture, believe it.  It flutters gently around your hidden legs as you walk.  You feel utterly feminine with the strapless, bust-uplifting bodice and flowing, standalone sleeves on the arms.  The skirt flows clear to the floor, completely covering your feet.

The gown I chose to wear with the Amethyst Rorschach is called Ella in Plum and it’s a classic dress that has a simple appeal with subtle details sure to make a lady roleplaying in the medieval era smile.  I love the way it shows off the shoulders and hugs the breasts and waistline before moving down to the skirt that hugs the hips with soft, flowing fabric and an intricate though subdued path of patterned fabric down the front to frame a clearly medieval-style belt worn at the start of the hips and turning into a sash of sorts.  It extends to the ground along with the skirt.  Ella can be worn with or without a gorgeous full cloak.  Take a look and see how the amethyst Rorschach compliments it when not wearing the cloak.

Moda Italia Presents Elisea Carter

Moda Italia is the most renowned Italian fashion agency in Second Life, founded in 2006 by Edika and Ludovica Hax, after a hiatus it is now being run by Anna Rokocoko, CEO.   Throughout the years, it’s stood out for being professional and for the quality of  its work.  It is the only Second Life representative for the famous real life brand Versace and owns the rights of the original Miss Italia SL contest.

Anna Rokocoko is the owner of KoKo Fashion Couture and co-owner of the Versace Project in SL.  The show on June 18th, 2009 was held on the very nice ISIDE sim for Gold In The Night by Elisea Carter.  This was my first time hearing of this designer, which I suppose is the reason to go to fashion shows.  *smiles*  Gold In The Night by Elisea Carter is haute couture, elegant, sexy, intriguing gowns that have that distinct Italian flare which many of us fashionistas love to wear.

Hostess for the show was the lovely Ludovica Hax and though it was done completely in Italian (I don’t speak a word of Italian), I found the show very enjoyable and thought the models selected for it did a splendid job of presenting the gowns.  Walking on the colorful, richly textured runway were:  Labella Farella, Wenadrenia Soderstrom, KellyKelly Vendetta, Elena Ewing, Dahlia Joubert and Toapz Saunders.

Wenadrenia is always impressive on the runway, making it easy on the photographer (me in this case) to photograph her and I was particularly captured by the striking Dahlia Joubert who seemed to shine in this show.

I’m giving a thumbs up for this entertaining show that ended with the models twirling around slowly in ballet-like artistic poses.  I think Moda Italia is off to a great start being back on the fashion scene!  In my dealings with the lovely Anna Rokocoko, I’ve noticed that she’s very friendly, hard-working, attentive and quite the emerging talent.
